LOUISVILLE - Jim Chamblee hit an RBI single to lead the Louisville Bats to a 5-2 International League win Sunday over the Toledo Mud Hens.
Chamblee's hit scored Felipe Lopez in the sixth inning to give the Bats a 3-2 lead. Lopez drove in Ray Olmedo earlier in the inning.
Olmedo's RBI single in the seventh inning and Bobby Darula's RBI single in the eighth padded the final score.
Louisville starter Bubba Nelson (1-5) pitched 6 2-3 innings, giving up one run on five hits and a walk while striking out three. Jesus Sanchez earned his first save by going 2 1-3 innings, allowing two hits and a walk while striking out two.
John Ennis (2-5) went 5 2-3 innings, giving up three runs on six hits while striking out two and walking four for Toledo.
Eric Owens hit a solo home run in the sixth inning for Toledo.
