Louisville 7, Norfolk 3

LOUISVILLE - Steve Lomasney went 3-for-4 with four RBIs Sunday to lead Louisville to a 7-3 win over Norfolk in the International League.

The Bats trailed 1-0 when Lomasney cracked a two-run homer in the second inning off Norfolk starter James Baldwin (0-2). Lomasney also had RBI singles in the fifth and eighth innings.

Jacob Cruz and Brandon Larson also homered for the Bats, who had 12 hits.

Louisville reliever Mike Matthews (1-0) earned the win, allowing a run and a hit in two innings of work.

Baldwin lasted six innings, giving up four runs on seven hits with six strikeouts.

The Tides and Bats wrap up their four-game series on Monday.
