Reds notes

Better seats available at GABP

Most of the seats in Great American Ball Park are being repaired after nearly 200 of them broke last year during the ballpark's inaugural season. Two people reported minor injuries. The problem is with the two brackets that attach the seat bottom to the rest of the seat. Hussey Seating Co. of Portland, Maine, is replacing the parts on 38,970 seats at the company's expense. The ballpark holds 42,263, but the bleachers and metal seats in the suites were not affected.
