The Associated Press

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Jorge Fabregas and Scott Neuberger homered as the Durham Bulls beat the Louisville Bats 4-2 on Friday night in the International League.

Jay Canizaro also had an RBI for Durham, and Rob Bell (1-1) pitched six innings to earn the victory. Lee Gardner shut out Louisville in the ninth to earn his third save.

For the Bats, Juan Castro homered and Jason Maxwell went 2-for-4 with a run scored. Lance Davis (1-1) took the loss, allowing three runs while striking out five in six innings of work.

The loss snapped Louisville's four-game winning streak.
