Cinergy Implosion Photos
David Moyer, of Terrace Park, dozes on a picnic table in James Taylor Park, Newport,
while waiting to view the implosion of Cinergy Field 12/29/02.
Mr. Moyer arrived about 4:30 a.m. to claim a spot. "To me it’s like a closing of a
chapter of Cincinnati history, " he said. His fondest memory from the park was attending
Game 2 of the 1990 World series with his son, Eric, now 22 , who turned 10 that day.
Eric who came with his father to view the implosion.
