Records: Reds 74-78, third place in the National League Central. Phillies 75-77, third place in the NL East.

The bats: Outfielder Pat Burrell leads the Phillies with 37 home runs and 113 RBI. Catcher Mike Lieberthal has 15 homers and 52 RBI. Shortstop Jimmy Rollins is hitting just .244.
The rest: The Reds haven't played the Phillies since April 12-14, when the Reds won two of three games at Veterans Stadium.
