Trever Miller (8-3) earned the win and Mike Neu picked up his 15th save.
Louisville (63-50) led 3-1 in the third when the Indians scored twice in their half to tie the game.
Andrew Lorraine went eight innings for Indianapolis (50-62), giving up three earned runs.
