        Eric Davis is coming back to Cincinnati tonight: 10,000 strong. The former Reds star will appear at Cinergy Field to share his message about colon cancer, and bobblehead dolls in his likeness will be given to the first 10,000 fans in attendance.

        The popular bobblehead promotions included a near-sellout for the Johnny Bench doll giveaway earlier this season. The Reds have increased the number of dolls for the only remaining bobblehead promotion — Adam Dunn night, Aug.10 vs. San Diego — to 20,000.

        Because the dolls have gone so fast for the Bench and Chris Sabo bobblehead games, the Reds suggest fans be present when gates open at 5:10 p.m. if they want to be sure they'll get a doll.
