Tickets for the Farewell to Riverfront/Cinergy Field all-star softball game go on sale July 27. Price and sales locations have not been determined.

        The game, set for 7:30 p.m. Sept. 23, will be preceded by a free autograph session and a home run contest. Fireworks are scheduled after the game.

        Pete Rose, Johnny Bench, Tony Perez, Joe Morgan, George Foster, Mike Schmidt, Ozzie Smith and Steve Garvey have given verbal commitments. Players from the 1990 world champion Reds also will be invited.
