Reds Notebook: Sour feelings for Griffey
By Tom Groeschen tgroeschen@enquirer.com
The Cincinnati Enquirer
Ken Griffey Jr. was the object of two negative banners at Tuesday's game, one of which said NWOG (Nice With Out Griffey). The other banner read: Four tickets: $30. Four sodas: $10. Four hot dogs: $15. Ken Griffey Jr.: Worthless.
The banners appeared and then quickly disappeared early in the game. Griffey, who is on the disabled list because of a strained right hamstring, was not available to comment.
The Reds are 13-20 when Griffey is active and 31-18 when he is not.
