Toledo 6, Louisville 0

        TOLEDO, Ohio — Brian Powell allowed only three hits in eight innings as the Toledo Mud Hens beat the Louisville Bats 6-0 Monday in the International League.

        Powell (7-1) walked two and struck out three.

        Brian Rios and Andres Torres had back-to-back RBI triples in a five-run fourth inning for the Mud Hens.

        Jarrod Patterson added a two-run double, and Ryan Jackson reached on a fielder's choice to bring in another run. Jackson also had an RBI double in the first inning.

        Luke Hudson (3-6) took the loss after allowing the six earned runs and four walks in 3 1/3 innings. He had four strikeouts.
