Louisville 5, Richmond 2
LOUISVILLE, Ky. Raul Gonzalez homered for the second consecutive day as Louisville beat Richmond 5-2 on Thursday in the International League.
Ben Broussard and Brandon Larson each had three hits and an RBI as the Bats racked up 11 hits. Gonzalez hit a game-winning, three-run homer Wednesday night.
Mike Hessman went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and Bo Porter added two hits for Richmond.
Brian Bohanon (3-0) scattered six hits over 5 1/3 innings for the win. Mike Neu pitched a perfect ninth for his second save.
Braves starter Dan Wheeler (2-2) gave up three runs on eight hits in five innings.
