Ken Griffey Jr. remains on schedule to play Friday in Atlanta.

        Griffey, sidelined since Apil 7 with a knee injury, said he felt no ill effects from Tuesday's workout.

        “I'm fine,” he said.

        Griffey took batting practice and fielded balls in the outfield again Wednesday.

        Who goes out when Griffey comes in?

        “It's like Days of Our Lives,” manager Bob Boone said. “You'll have to tune in to find out what happens.”
