Rookie watch: Austin Kearns keeps plugging along. He entered the weekend leading all National League rookies in hitting (.392), home runs (5), RBI (14), runs (17), total bases (52), on-base percentage (.524), slugging percentage (.658), extra-base hits (11) and hits (tied, 31).
