The arms: Danny Graves became the fourth starter in three days to pitch four outstanding innings. Graves, the closer training like a starter, allowed just one hit. He walked one and struck out two ... Gabe White, Ricardo Aramboles and Luis Pineda all pitched one scoreless inning. Pineda got the win ... Hector Mercado gave up the one run. He allowed four hits, but two were bunt singles.
The bats: All three runs scored on home runs, the opening one on Kevin Witt's first of the spring. Brady Clark's two-out home run in the bottom of the ninth broke a 1-1 tie ... The Reds are 0-for-16 with runners in scoring position in their last three games.
The rest: The Reds were error free after making four errors Sunday ... Adam Dunn and Aaron Boone each stole a base.
Up next: The Reds play the Philadelphia Phillies at 1:05 p.m. in Clearwater. Left-hander Lance Davis faces right-hander Robert Person. The Reds moved Chris Reitsma back a day to squeeze Davis in. Davis missed his last start with shoulder tightness.
