Royals 16, Reds 6; Pirates 7, Reds 1

The arms: In the Kansas City game, Lance Davis had his second straight rough outing.
Davis went one inning, allowing three runs on two hits and two walks.
Luke Hudson followed Davis and was worse. He allowed seven runs and walked five in 1 2/3 innings.
Ricardo Aramboles, the 20-year-old right-hander, pitched 1 1/3 scoreless innings. He has given up one hit and struck out four in 3 1/3 innings this spring.
In the second game, Pedro Feliciano gave up five runs (three earned) in two inningsk.
The bats: In the K.C. game, Todd Walker, Ben Broussard and Anthony Sanders homered for the Reds. Sanders is 6-for-12 this spring with three extra-base hits.
Ranier Olmedo doubled in the Reds' run in the second game. Olmedo had two of the Reds' three hits.
The rest: Walker made two errors at second base. Pittsburgh manager Lloyd McClendon was tossed from the night game for arguing a ball call to Ken Griffey Jr. in the first inning ... Olmedo dropped a pop-up for a two-run error.
Up next: The Reds play the Philadelphia Phillies today at 1:05 p.m. in Clearwater. Joey Hamilton faces Robert Person. Ty Howington will follow Hamilton.
