Club seats go on sale in October

The Reds will start selling rights to about 2,100 club seats in the new Great American Ball Park in October.

The seats will cost about $40 to $50 a ticket, although the final price has not been set yet, said Jenny Gardner, the team's director of New Stadium Development.

The club seats will include in-seat service and other amenities.

The Reds already have sold about 270 Scout seats at $80 a ticket, and about 300 Diamond seats at about $175 a ticket. The team already has sold all of its corporate suites, Ms. Gardner said.

Great American is scheduled to open in April 2003.
