Bichette rather have a win
Reds right fielder Dante Bichette, who played for Colorado from 1993-99 and was a four-time All-Star in that span, received warm ovations from the Coors Field crowd during pregame introductions and before his first at-bat.
It was nice. I appreciated it, said Bichette, who preferred to focus on the team's fortunes rather than the fans' adulation. A "W' would have made it worthwhile. This club again got back in it late. That says a lot about our club right now. We're not hitting on all cylinders but we're putting ourselves in the game.
