Getting to Opening Day

How to get there;
where to park;
parade route
        From southbound I-71:

        Exit at Eggleston Avenue (Exit I-J). Left on Eggleston, right on Pete Rose Way. Stadium parking is one-half mile down on left.

        To reach other parking lots, exit at Reading Road/Gilbert Avenue (Exit 2). Follow Reading Road, turn left on Eggleston, left on Broadway to lots. Drivers can then walk south on Broadway, then right on Third Street. Two pedestrian walkways on Third between Sycamore and Main streets provide access to the stadium.

        From southbound I-75:

        Exit at Freeman Avenue (Exit 1-G). Left on Mehring Way and follow the signs to the stadium.

        For other parking, exit at Seventh Street. Lots are located between Central and Plum Streets or exit at Fifth Street and proceed to garage at Convention Center. Or take Fifth, then left on Elm Street, left on Eighth Street to lots between Elm and Plum streets. Lots also are on Elm and Court streets. Access to parking lots east of Race Street will be blocked for the parade.

        From Kentucky and northbound I-71/I-75:

        First option: Cross the Brent Spence Bridge into Ohio. Stay in far right lane to exit at Fifth Street. Follow directions above for southbound I-75 to parking lots.

        Second option: Use Exit 192 to Fifth Street in Covington. Parking will be at Bakewell Street. Parking also will be at Third and Madison streets and Second and Madison streets at the River Center.

        Drivers can walk to the stadium via the Roebling Suspension Bridge. The walk takes less than 10 minutes.
