Reds re-sign Marty and Joe to 3-year deal

The Reds have signed radio announcers Marty Brennaman and Joe Nuxhall through the 2002 season. The three-year contracts were announced by Reds chief operating officer John Allen.

“When our fans think of Reds baseball, they think of Marty and Joe,” Allen said. “We're glad to continue that special relationship into the next century.” Nuxhall will begin his 34th season as a Reds announcer next year. Brennaman will enter his 27th season.
