How to get refunds on postseason tickets
The Reds have announced that they are issuing refunds for all postseason tickets purchased. Details are as follows:
• Telephone and Internet orders placed through TicketMaster automatically will be refunded to your credit card.
• Tickets bought at TicketMaster outlets must be returned to the purchase site.
• Tickets bought at Cinergy Field or the Westin Dugout Store must be returned to Firstar Bank, according to instructions on the back of the ticket.
