Reds hold coaching symposium
Reds coaches, players and medical personnel will stage a baseball coaching symposium Jan. 9 from 7:30 a.m.-2 p.m. at Sports Plus (formerly Icelands) in Evendale.
The program designed for collegiate, high school and Little League coaches includes seminars by Reds manager Jack McKeon; managing executive John Allen; coaches Buddy Bell, Don Gullett and Ron Oester; players Scott Winchester and Danny Graves; L.A. Dodger Pete Rose Jr.; team physician Timothy Kremchek; and others. It will address coaching strategies and injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Cost is $25.
